Use the mask twice a week. Using the spatula apply a thin layer over a clean face, avoiding the eyes area. Leave on for 3- 5 minutes. Wrap the magnet with a half a centimeter above your face without actually touching the skin until the mask is completely removed. Massage any remaining products into the skin for maximum benefits. Do not use water to remove.
